Antonio Lopez, Jr. serves as Director of Pre-Litigation Operations at Sunset West Legal Group, where he oversees the firm’s pre-litigation strategy from case development through settlement.

His legal career began at 18, when he joined a family and criminal law firm as a legal assistant. At 22, he moved into personal injury, where he found his calling. Over the past two decades, he has helped injured clients resolve their bodily injury claims, including multiple seven-figure pre-litigation settlements.

Antonio’s role combines leadership, case strategy and operations. He oversees case valuation, medical work-up strategy, demand and settlement strategy, policy-limit opportunities, and team performance. He also leads the firm’s use of technology and AI to make case handling more efficient and improve results. His understanding of personal injury medicine helps make sure every detail of a claim is documented and accounted for.

Antonio believes that telling a client’s story in human terms matters, especially when presenting it to insurance adjusters. That approach helps support the full value of a claim and makes sure clients feel seen, heard and valued throughout the process.

Outside the office, Antonio is a proud husband and father of two. He also DJs and rollerblades at the beach.
