Sepideh Doust, Esq.

Sepideh Doust is a personal injury attorney at Sunset West Legal Group, PC, focused on automobile accident and premises liability cases.

She is admitted to practice law in California (Bar No. 337495). Ms. Doust earned her LL.M. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. She also holds an LL.B. from Allameh Tabatabai University, an LL.M. in International Law from Azad University, Central Tehran Branch, and a master’s degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from UiT The Arctic University of Norway.

Background

Before practicing in California, Ms. Doust owned a law practice in Tehran handling civil litigation and trial for personal injury, business, and family law matters. After her admission to the State Bar of California in 2021, she practiced civil litigation in Los Angeles and has represented both plaintiffs and defendants.

Having worked on the defense side of personal injury cases, she understands the inside of an insurance company’s operation: how adjusters and defense counsel build their case, and where they push back. That perspective gives her leverage when fighting for full and fair compensation for her clients.

Ms. Doust is also an experienced mediator and was honored with a certificate of appreciation from the Superior Court of California for her dedicated service during the 2020 pandemic.

She is a member of the Southern California Mediation Association and an active member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA).
